Love that Covers

I am learning that allowing love to cover a multitude of sins means that sometimes we choose to cover an offense done to us by not talking about it with others. Our testimony of how God has helped us will have a right time, place, and person where it can be shared for God's Glory. However, talking about it with all who will listen might help relieve our stress but what will it do to the one that you have forgiven the offense? Will they be edified by your telling of their offense or would they be better served by you keeping it to yourself? Love is not selfish, it is kind to others.

I cant thank you enough for your words here. They are like healing ointment from God. Like a word of wisdom whispered into my soul from His powerful and loving lips. You cant possibly know this but thank you for your obedience because they came and just the perfect most needed time in my life. I love you girl!

  2. sister Michelle,
another right now word has been recieved...I had to pause and say yes, Lord, I get the message. When we repent God puts our sins in the sea of forgetfullness...can I/we do any less? He remembers them no more. O thankyou Lord! I pray that every word that comes out of my mouth will edify, bless, encourage, and comfort all with in my circle of influence. How can anyone see/experience God's grace, mercy and love unless we share with others what God has so graciously given us. We can only give what we have recieved...and we recieve by spending time in His presence...we are filled, refreshed and renewed ...then the overflow spills out on others. Thank you Lord for Your everlasting love, forgiveness, mercy and grace that covers...Sister Trish
